Celebrate the Feast of the Creator with Fun, Food and Fellowship

If you weren’t at Synod last year, you may have missed an important addition to the liturgical calendar. The Feast of the Creator, adopted by Anglicans, Lutherans and other denominations, will now be celebrated on September 1st as part of the wider Season of Creation.

To celebrate our newest feast day, Peterborough is throwing a party. Local Anglican and Lutheran churches are coming together for a day of outdoor worship and fellowship. The event, which takes place on Saturday 29 August, features a BBQ supper, family games and music. It runs 4pm til dusk at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church and everyone’s invited!
