Christ Church Tree Lighting & Carols

On a snowy night in December villagers gather in an old stone chapel to sing carols by candlelight. It sounds like a scene from the past, or a sentimental Christmas movie, but that’s exactly what’s in store at the Christ Church Tree Lighting and Carol Sing next month.

This annual event is always a magical way of celebrating the season, gathering with friends and family in the historic chapel to enjoy Christmas music and a warming hot chocolate.

This year’s event takes place on Friday 5th December at 7pm and features special guests Bob Trennum and Friends, and organist Kay Nickel. Donations for the restoration of the headstones in the church cemetery will be gratefully accepted. All are welcome, come and make some holiday memories with us!
